Dust Sleeve

The thin paper sleeve that keeps a record clean. This page says what the shop keeps about you, and what it never does.

What the shop keeps

  • The details from pressing your copy (email, password salted and hashed, name, birthday, gender) and whatever you write on your sleeve.
  • The chats themselves, plus the jottings each man keeps on you, which are all the memory he has.
  • One session cookie and a note that you peeled the sticker.
  • For each payment, its amount and reference. No card is used here, so no card number ever reaches us.
  • Plain server logs, held a short while for security.

Why it keeps it

To play the records, hold the label copy and keep the shop open. A language model reads what you write, run by us or by a provider hired for that single purpose, and so does a safety check. No buyer can get your conversations, and no advertiser is shown them.

Counting footfall

A plain tally counts visitors and the country of each. Your messages are out of its reach.

What you can do

Each chat menu lets you reword his notes on you, download the chat or wipe it. To have the account removed altogether, write to the shop from the address it was made with. Local law may give you more than this; tell us which right you mean and it will be honoured.
